When BLANCO was founded by Heinrich Blanc, way back in 1925, our focus was clear: it was quite simply to be “the best”.

The company has established worldwide acclaim for its unswerving commitment to producing innovative but functional products of the highest quality, and to supporting our products with second-to-none service. This commitment remains the cornerstone of our policy.

At the heart of our philosophy is also concern for the environment and, many years ago, BLANCO set up a department devoted to the development of environmentally-friendly products and production processes.

Initially dedicated to producing products in premium-quality stainless steel, we have since developed various other quality materials, notably the introduction of colour with our Silgranit® composite sink material, and now colour with fine fireclay ceramics
